Suite

 

This suite of tooling-free technologies enables rapid one-off forming, machining, and joggling of airframe components from extruded, roll-formed, or brake-formed structural sections, significantly reducing lead time and cost compared to traditional manufacturing.  It is comprised of XtruForm, for CNC stretch bending to required contour, XtruMach, for CNC milling of required features, and XtruJog, for CNC joggling.
